Early Survey Data

Some important things stand out from the early survey data, drawn from approximately a dozen QBs thus far!

First, QBs (the blue dots) are everywhere.

Second, QBs want to connect, including reconnect with their own identity as a QB.

Third, QBs want to meet up, learn from and help each other.

Fourth, QBs want to help younger QBs.

QBs are seeking information that enhances overall wellbeing, mental health, and happiness - and want to hear each other’s stories!

Note not just the average score, but the wave form pattern indicating the distribution of answers:

Thanks to those who have taken the survey…it’s already having an impact on what we do going forward, which will focus on making tangible connections between QBs in multiple ways!

And one final thought in the final two-minutes:

In a world where many people are too disconnected, your bond with other QBs, including those from your own teams, your competitors on the other sideline, or those you watched in admiration, is likely strong.

Please consider sharing this with other QBs as a way to let them know you respect and admire them, and as a way to build much needed human connection.
